We run the ads that bring property buyers to Lahore developers, builders and dealers: Facebook and Instagram lead forms, WhatsApp campaigns and Google search ads, plus the landing page and the follow-up routine behind them. We don't sell plots or take a commission on sales. On one real estate account we've managed across 33 campaigns, form leads averaged Rs 231 each over 235 leads, and WhatsApp conversations went as low as Rs 60.82. For another developer, the same PKR 80,000 a month went from 10–12 enquiries that went nowhere to 47 sales-qualified leads in 30 days.
Most property ads in Lahore are built the same way. A boosted post with a render, the word “installments” in large type, a lead form that asks for a name and a phone number, and a sheet that someone opens two days later. The account reports a cheap cost per lead. The sales team reports that nobody answers.
That gap is the job. We look after everything between the ad and the first conversation with your sales team, and we judge it by how many of those conversations turn into site visits.
Isn’t Every “Marketing” Company in Lahore a Property Dealer?
Search for a real estate marketing company in Lahore and most of what comes back is property dealers. In Pakistan, a firm called “something Marketing” usually sells plots and files for a developer and earns a commission on each sale. That is a sales job, and plenty of good firms do it.
We do the other half. We don’t hold inventory, sell files or take a cut of a sale. We run the paid advertising and the lead handling, so that the people your sales team speaks to already know the project, the price range and the payment plan. Developers use us to feed their own sales staff. Dealers use us so they aren’t relying only on portal listings and walk-ins.
Who We Work With
- Developers and builders launching a housing scheme, a block of apartments or a commercial project, who need a steady flow of enquiries through the launch and after it.
- Builders selling finished houses in areas like DHA, Bahria Town, Gulberg, Model Town and Johar Town, where the buyer is a family with a budget, not a browser.
- Estate agents and dealers who want enquiries for their own listings rather than waiting on portals.
- Projects selling to overseas Pakistanis, where the ad, the timing and the follow-up have to work across time zones.
We’re based in Lahore and most of our property work is here. The method itself travels to any city.
How We Get Property Leads That Pick Up the Phone
When a developer came to us spending PKR 80,000 a month on Meta and getting 10–12 enquiries that went nowhere, the ads weren’t the problem. Four things around them were. We changed those four and left the creative alone, and within 30 days the same budget was producing 47 sales-qualified leads a month. The full case study has the before and after. These are the four things we now set up on every property account.
Facebook and Instagram, or Google?
Usually both, doing different jobs.
Facebook and Instagram reach people who weren’t looking yet. A short video of the actual house, a clear price and a payment plan does most of the work, and this is where volume comes from. We run lead forms and click-to-WhatsApp campaigns here, and we’ve written up what Meta ads cost in Pakistan in detail.
Google search catches the people who are already searching for a house, a plot or your project’s name. There are fewer of them and each one is warmer. On Google we keep a tight list of negative keywords, because property searches attract renters and job seekers, and someone searching for your competitor by name isn’t always someone you want to pay for.
Video sits under both. A walkthrough filmed on a phone, cut tightly, with the price on screen in the first three seconds, tends to beat a polished render. We write the script and edit the video in-house.
What Does a Property Lead Cost?
Here are our own numbers from one Lahore real estate account, read off Meta Ads Manager:
| What was bought | Cost | Context |
|---|---|---|
| Form lead, average | Rs 231 | 235 leads, one account, 33 campaigns |
| Form lead, best campaigns | from Rs 172 | same account |
| WhatsApp conversation, best campaign | Rs 60.82 | same account |
| Sales-qualified lead | about Rs 1,700 | a different developer: PKR 80,000 a month for 47 qualified leads |
Treat those as a reference, not a promise. Cost per lead moves with the area, the price of the property, the season and the quality of the video. The last row is the number we’d ask you to look at. A Rs 150 lead who never answers costs more than a Rs 1,700 lead who books a site visit.
For comparison, SolutionByz, another Pakistani agency, puts a typical property lead at PKR 800–3,000 for residential projects and PKR 2,000–6,000 for commercial ones on its own service page (read 2 November 2026). Most agencies we looked at publish no figure at all.
The Proof, Straight Out of Ads Manager
The client isn’t named because we haven’t asked their permission to publish. If you’re a serious prospect, we’ll walk you through the live account on a call.
What We Need From You
- Real prices. Total price, down payment and instalment plan, as you’d quote them on the phone. Ads with a price attract fewer people and far better ones.
- Real footage. Photos and phone video of the actual site or house. We’ll tell you exactly what to film.
- A WhatsApp number someone answers, and the name of the person on your side who takes the leads.
- Access to your Facebook page and ad account, set up in your business’s name so you keep it if we part ways.
- Honest feedback on leads. Five bad leads with a reason each tells us more than any report.
What We Won’t Do
We won’t promise a number of sales, because we don’t control the price, the payment plan or how your team handles a call. We only advertise projects that have their approvals in place from the relevant development authority, and we ask to see them before the first ad goes live. We won’t write fake reviews or invent “only 3 plots left”. And we won’t hide the ad account from you: you see the same numbers we see.
