If you've asked three agencies in Lahore or Karachi what they charge, you've probably had three very different answers and no way to compare them. That's not an accident. Pricing in this market is deliberately vague, and the word "package" gets used for two hours of work a week and for a full team.
What follows are prices Pakistani agencies publish on their own websites, read in September 2026. We've named the agency next to every number so you can go and check it. Nothing here is estimated or averaged into a tidy figure.
The Two Prices Hidden Inside Every Package
This is the single most expensive misunderstanding in Pakistani digital marketing, so it goes first.
A monthly marketing package almost never includes your advertising budget. The fee pays the people doing the work. Your ad spend goes straight to Meta or Google, from your own card, on top of that fee.
One Lahore agency is unusually clear about this. It lists Meta ads management from PKR 25,000 a month, then states a minimum ad spend of PKR 30,000 to PKR 50,000 paid directly to Meta, and adds up the honest number for you: a total starting investment of PKR 55,000 to PKR 75,000 a month. Another writes plainly that a common mistake businesses make is assuming a PKR 50,000 package includes the ads.
So when you compare two quotes, make sure you're comparing the same thing. A PKR 35,000 quote that excludes ad spend is more expensive than a PKR 60,000 quote that includes PKR 30,000 of it.
"Is my ad budget inside this price, or on top of it?" If the answer takes more than one sentence, that is itself an answer.
Social Media Marketing Packages
These cover content, posting and community management. Paid campaigns are usually a separate line.
| What you get | Published price (PKR / month) | Source |
|---|---|---|
| 2 to 3 posts a week, one platform | 20,000 to 40,000 | AJ Digital Agency (Jul 2026) |
| Basic tier | 15,000 to 30,000 | Unboxed (Apr 2026) |
| Starter package | 40,000 | SEOHub rate card |
| Daily posting, 2 to 3 platforms | 40,000 to 80,000 | AJ Digital Agency |
| Advance package | 55,000 | SEOHub rate card |
| Business package | 70,000 | SEOHub rate card |
| Full management including paid ads | 80,000 to 200,000+ | AJ Digital Agency |
| Bundled plans (startup / growth / enterprise) | 60,000 to 100,000 / 100,000 to 200,000 / 200,000 to 500,000+ | AJ Digital Agency |
Two Pakistani agencies price this service in dollars instead: $200 / $300 / $500 a month, and $199 / $299 / $399 a month. If you're quoted in USD, remember the rupee figure moves with the exchange rate.
Meta and Google Ads Management
Two pricing models exist here. Some agencies quote a flat monthly fee. Others tie the fee to how much you spend, which is the more common arrangement once budgets get large.
| Tier | Management fee (PKR / month) | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Freelancer | 20,000 to 35,000 | Pixel Lattice |
| Freelancer, social plus ads | 8,000 to 25,000 | Unboxed |
| Agency, entry tier | 25,000 | Pixel Lattice rate card |
| Agency, mid and upper tiers | 40,000 and 65,000 | Pixel Lattice |
| Fee when your ad spend is under 50,000 | 15,000 to 30,000 | AJ Digital Agency |
| Fee when your ad spend is 50,000 to 200,000 | 30,000 to 60,000 | AJ Digital Agency |
| Fee when your ad spend is above 200,000 | 60,000 to 150,000 | AJ Digital Agency |
Every figure in this table is the management fee only. Your ad spend is separate in all seven cases.
For what the ad spend itself buys in this market, including cost per click and cost per lead by industry, we've written that up separately in how much Meta ads cost in Pakistan.
SEO Packages
SEO has the most published pricing of any service in Pakistan, probably because the agencies selling it understand why publishing prices helps them get found.
| Package | Published price (PKR / month) | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Basic tier | 25,000 to 50,000 | AJ Digital Agency |
| Starter | 40,000 | SEOHub rate card |
| Advance | 55,000 | SEOHub rate card |
| Small business | 54,999 | Webiconz rate card |
| Business | 75,000 | SEOHub rate card |
| Medium business | 74,999 | Webiconz rate card |
| Professional | 100,000 | SEOHub rate card |
| Corporate | 109,999 | Webiconz rate card |
| Enterprise | 130,000 | SEOHub rate card |
| Elite | 180,000 | SEOHub rate card |
The same agency also publishes a second table keyed to company size rather than package name, which is a more useful way to read it: PKR 35,000 to 45,000 a month for a business of one to ten people, rising to PKR 130,000 to 180,000 for an enterprise of five hundred or more.
One of these agencies states that its prices exclude sales tax and that clients pay 15% SRB sales tax on all invoices. On a PKR 75,000 package that's PKR 11,250 a month you didn't budget for. Ask every agency whether the quoted number is inclusive of tax, and get the answer in writing.
Website Development
Website pricing has the widest spread of anything on this page, because "website" describes a five page brochure and a custom application equally well.
| Type of build | Published price (PKR, one-off) | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Custom website, starting from | 15,000 | MZ Digital |
| Starting from, one-time | 30,000 | Pixel Lattice rate card |
| Basic site, 3 to 5 pages | from 39,999 | Webiconz rate card |
| Informative business site, 7 to 10 pages | from 52,499 | Webiconz rate card |
| Basic business site, 5 to 10 pages | 50,000 to 120,000 | AJ Digital Agency |
| Professional corporate, 10 to 20 pages | 120,000 to 300,000 | AJ Digital Agency |
| Ecommerce store | 120,000 to 350,000 | Emporion Soft (Jun 2026) |
| Ecommerce, larger builds | 200,000 to 600,000+ | AJ Digital Agency |
| Custom web application | 500,000+ | AJ Digital Agency |
Who builds it matters more than how many pages it has. One 2026 guide splits the market three ways: a solo freelancer at PKR 15,000 to 80,000, a boutique studio at PKR 80,000 to 350,000, and an enterprise agency starting around PKR 400,000 and running past PKR 3,000,000.
One rate card we checked prices its ecommerce build at 54,999, barely above its own 52,499 brochure tier and far below every other ecommerce floor in this table. That page carries no date. Treat undated "starting from" figures as an opening anchor rather than a real quote.
Logo and Branding
| What you get | Published price (PKR) | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Freelancer logo | 2,000 to 5,000 | Growlizer (Jun 2026) |
| Basic logo deal | 3,000 | Logo Design Service PK |
| Logo design on its own | 7,999 | Webiconz rate card |
| Small studio or professional agency | 10,000 to 15,000 | Growlizer |
| Established agency logo | 20,000 to 30,000 | Growlizer |
| Branding basic: logo, letterhead, card, envelope, brochure, social cover | 24,999 | Webiconz rate card |
| Basic logo, agency tier | 15,000 to 40,000 | AJ Digital Agency |
| Complete brand identity | 50,000 to 150,000 | AJ Digital Agency |
| Full branding package | 100,000 to 300,000 | AJ Digital Agency |
A logo at PKR 3,000 and a logo at PKR 30,000 are usually not the same product. The cheap end tends to mean one designer, a handful of options and a JPG. The expensive end means research, a brand guide, and files in every format you'll need three years from now. Both are legitimate purchases. Just know which one you're making.
How to Tell if a Package Is Worth the Money
Every number above is an input. None of them tells you whether the money worked. The only figure that does is your cost per qualified lead, and you can calculate it yourself.
Take the management fee, add the ad spend, then divide by the number of leads your sales team would actually call back. Not enquiries. Not form fills. Leads worth calling.
Here's why that distinction is worth real money. These are results from our own accounts:
| Campaign | Result | Period |
|---|---|---|
| Punjab Group of Colleges, Bahria Town campus | 251 WhatsApp leads at PKR 104 each | 30 days |
| Real estate developer, PKR 80,000 a month | 47 sales-qualified leads, up from 10 to 12 unqualified enquiries. Budget unchanged. | 30 days |
| UAE WhatsApp conversation campaign | AED 1.24 per conversation | — |
Look at the second row. The budget didn't change. The package price didn't change. What changed was targeting, qualification and follow-up, and the output went from a dozen dead enquiries to 47 leads a sales team could work. If you had been comparing those two months on price alone, they'd look identical.
Every figure in that table came out of our own Ads Manager. They are not audited by a third party and no client has countersigned them. We publish them anyway, because a claim you can't trace back to a real campaign is worth nothing to you.
Full breakdowns, including what each one does not prove: the PGC case study and the real estate case study.
Three questions worth asking any agency before you sign:
- Is my ad spend inside this price? Covered above, and it changes the comparison completely.
- Is the quoted figure inclusive of sales tax? Fifteen percent is a real line item, not a rounding error.
- What counts as a lead in your reporting? If an agency counts every form fill, its cost per lead will always look better than one that counts only qualified enquiries.
Why There Is No Price List on This Page
You'll have noticed we've quoted other people's prices and not our own. That's deliberate, and it's fair to explain it rather than leave you guessing.
A published package forces every client into the same shape of work. A school running an admissions campaign for six weeks and a property developer running listings all year do not need the same thing, and pricing them identically means one of them is overpaying to subsidise the other. So we scope first and quote after, which is slower to write on a website and fairer to the client.
What we can tell you before any call: we've managed roughly $300,000 in ad spend since 2021 across schools, clinics, real estate and retail in Pakistan and the UAE, and the numbers in the table above are the kind of outcome we work towards. If that's the sort of thing you're after, the call is free and there's no pitch in it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Every price on this page was published by the named agency on its own website and read in September 2026. We haven't linked out to them, but we've named each one so you can search and check it yourself. Prices move, pages get edited, and some of these rate cards carry no date at all. Treat this as a map of the market rather than a quote.
Two things to keep in mind. Several of the ranges come from cost-guide articles rather than rate cards, which means they describe the market as that agency sees it. And a handful of Pakistani agencies price in dollars, so their rupee cost moves with the exchange rate.
